From July 11 to 13, the exhibition "Lilies 2024", created in cooperation with the association "Lilium Balticum", will be on display at the Latvian National Museum of Natural History marking 35th anniversary since foundation of the association and 30 years since lily exhibitions take place at the museum.

Around 150 varieties of lilies will be exhibited, introducing visitors to diversity of lily colors, scents and shapes of a blossom. Highlight of the exhibit are Oriental and trumpet lily varieties of which Latvia is particularly well known.

Those interested will not only be able to take a closer look at the elegant flowers, appreciate the richness of their colors and scents, but also get to know the classification of lilies according to their origin and cultivation method. "Lilium Balticum" will present the new varieties of lilies.
